This option is only available when you use a custom photo or lock screen wallpaper it will not be active when using a color or gradient because then there is nothing to blur. Step 8: Choose Blur to choose whether to blur the home screen background. To select a different color or gradient, select Color either Degraded button a second time to display the color picker.
